BCAA'S INFINITY

Branched chain amino acid complex with vitamin B6 in tablets. A composition of branched chain amino acids (valine, leucine, isoleucine) in a 2:1:1 ratio enriched with vitamin B6 that contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. They are essential amino acids that at the metabolic level participate in the metabolism of proteins, in the synthesis of muscle protein and in the process of muscle recovery. BCAAs are necessary to maintain lean tissue and studies reveal that they preserve glycogen levels (a form of stored carbohydrate that can be converted into energy) in tissues. BCAAs also prevent tissue tears during workouts and therefore can enhance our muscle growth.

BCAAs are amino acids that our bodies can´t synthesise so we have to administer them through supplementation.
